What to expect from COVID Safe requirements

We’ve had to make some changes to the way we deliver our experience to ensure we are following QLD Health authorities guidelines and policies, these changes include:

  1. We require all guests participating in an experience to complete a COVID-Safe pre-screening questionnaire here.  This needs to be completed prior to arrival.
  2. You can read our complete COVID-Safe Plans on our website.
  3. We are now requesting for you to provide full contact details when you purchase your ticket as part of our requirement to complete and keep secure contract tracing records and the necessity for a COVID-Safe pre-screening questionnaire.
  4. A maximum of 20 guests allowed (under Stage 2 of QLD Government roadmap to easing restrictions)
  5. No group bus transfers, we can arrange additional optional private car transfers
  6. No shared buffets or meals, all food inclusions will now be plated up and served to individuals/families.  This includes our evening dinner show which pre-COVID had included a 3-course buffet.  This buffet has now changed to a 3-course menu delivered by table service.  The major change is that your main and dessert will be plated up as a hearty portion as we like it, and served by your host.  We’ll ask you if you want seconds and thirds, but be sure to leave room for dessert too.
  7. Bar service has been prohibited, but we can offer you drinks during table service
  8. Photos with our cast/crew is still allowed, just take the selfie with you in it, observing social distancing as you do.
  9. You’ll notice signage everywhere when you arrive, that’s to remind all of us to wash our hands, make use of the hand sanitisation stations available, keep our distance and be mindful of our movements and of other guests/team members.
