Wild Food and Cultural Festival

Free community event and the first ever annual ‘deadly’ Wild Foods & Cultural festival right in your own backyard.  Join us for a family fun day of free live entertainment, cultural performances and demonstrations, food stalls and kids activities. Headline acts include Renowned singer Adam James & Australia’s Got Talent Chris Tamwoy. Sunday 15th November. Gates open 10am – 3pm.

What a wonderful world and a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas with your loved ones at our Community Christmas Carols on the lawns of the Beenleigh Historical village. Join Santa, his helpers and all the wonderful people that make up the Beenleigh/Logan community.

And If you’ve never participated in an ancient Welcome to Country ceremony, or walked through a cleansing smoking ceremony, or been privy to a Corroboree, we invite you to enter the world of the Aboriginal this Australia Day.

Celebrate Waitangi Day

Join all the Kiwis in Oz as we celebrate Waitangi Day. The national holiday celebrates the signing of the treaty of Waitangi on 6 February 1840 by Māori chiefs and the British Crown that granted the Māori people the rights of British citizens and ownership of their lands and other properties. The day will be a family fun celebration of all things Kiwi and Maori!
